Life is hard and comes with so many challenges. If you are over 18, individual therapy can offer the space to process past traumas and work on your current goals. Whether this is building healthy coping skills and routines, having healthier relationships, or processing the past, I would love to support you!

Child / Adolescent Therapy

Being a kid these days is harder than it seems. Through play, art, and skill-building, I would love to support your child in better understanding their feelings, navigating relationships, and processing any traumas they may have experiences.

Couple’s Therapy

If you and your partner are struggling with conflict and communication or just want to strengthen your relationship, couple’s therapy sessions can offer a space to build healthy communication and connection. Together we can discuss tools and re-create relationship patterns to support your connection.

Family Therapy

Family dynamics can be complicated and hard to navigate, but family therapy can help! By processing challenges, building skills, and creating new patterns, we can support your family in having strong relationships.

When we experience something difficult that overwhelms our nervous system, it can be really difficult to recover. Trauma-focused therapies can help process these experiences and help you re-connect with yourself.
