Upcoming Classes

Trauma-Informed Parenting

A parenting course focused on building your understanding of trauma and how it may present in your child, learning evidence-based parenting techniques that are trauma-informed, and identifying direct applications to your own parenting.

Parenting Your Child with ADHD

A parenting course focused on building your understanding of ADHD, learning the parenting practices that work for children with ADHD, and creating an action plan for how you will apply these techniques to your own parenting.

If you are a school, healthcare organization, athletic organization / sports team, or any other community organization, these classes are for you!
