Supervision
I offer 1-1 supervision for both graduate students and new graduates pursuing licensure. As an LCSW, I am able to offer supervision to both LSWs and LPCCs.

Consultation
Regardless of your licensure status, I am available to provide 1-1 case consultation and support you in caring for your clients.

Groups
Case consultation and educational groups will focus on various topics, including trauma, somatic work, and children/adolescents. More information will be posted on this page when groups become available!
My Approach to Supervision
Finding the right supervisor is such a critical part of your journey as a mental health provider. These are the foundations of my approach to supervision so that I can support you in a way that is personalized to your needs.
Knowledge
First and foremost, providing you with clear information, evidence-based interventions, and tangible next steps is an important part of my style. I want you to feel prepared with knowledge on how to move forward with your clients.
Relationship
Just as we seek to have strong relationships with our clients, I seek to have strong relationships with those I supervise. Mutual respect, empathy, and collaboration create the foundation for this relationship, along with understanding you, your personal and professional goals, and what kind of support works best for you.
Growth
Growing as a clinician in clinical decision-making, ethical practice, and effective intervention is paramount during the supervision process. My goal is to support you to become a strong clinician and grow in the ways that are meaningful to you, while keeping in mind your professional standards.
Cost
While I seek to provide high quality supervision, I also know that the cost of supervision can often be a barrier, especially for students and those who are unlicensed.
If you would like to work with me but have concerns about cost, please reach out to me. We can work together to determine what other supports are available (i.e. if you employer or internship site covers any of the cost of supervision) and discuss what is sustainable for you.

My full rate for clinical supervision or case consultation is $125 per hour.

For any group supervision or case consultation, the cost will be $50 per hour for a group of 4-6.

If you are looking for supervision on a regular basis, weekly or biweekly supervision is available. The standard cost is the individual cost of $125/hour, however if you are coming in on a weekly basis, reduced rates may be available. Please reach out and we can discuss what would work for you.
